What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Scope
This policy covers the website at fusionex-ivanteh.com.my. It does not cover third party sites that we link to, each of which operates its own policy.
What we collect
- Information you provide. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you submit.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used for security and reliability.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your message. Server logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. We do not sell, rent or share personal information for marketing purposes, and we do not add form submissions to any mailing list.
Cookies
The site as delivered sets no advertising, profiling or cross site tracking cookies. Should analytics be introduced, this policy will be updated to name the provider and describe what is collected before that change takes effect.
Retention
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the matter it concerns and any reasonable follow up. Server logs are retained on the hosting provider's standard schedule.
Your rights
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion. Write to us through the contact page. We respond to verified requests within thirty days.
Third parties
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers when a page is opened. It is hosted on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider. No other third party services are embedded.
Children
This site is aimed at a professional audience and is not directed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
